What is the history of the Manchester City Boys in Blue chant?
Back in 1972, Manchester City approached a young trio by the names of Kevin Godley, Graham Gouldman and Lol Creme to write a song for the team. Two of the trio were Manchester City fans, Kevin Godley and Lol Creme, so you can only imagine how buzzing they would’ve been to write a song about their club.
