Gabriel Jesus is a Brazilian professional footballer, who was born in Pindamonhangaba, Brazil, on the 3rd of April 1997. Gabriel Jesus started his youth career at Anhanguera before moving to Brazilian giants Palmeiras youth team in 2013. Jesus spent a few years in the Palmeiras youth set-up before signing his professional contract and making his debut in March 2015.
Gabriel Jesus’s senior career at Palmeiras only lasted 2 years, but it was successful two years. Gabriel Jesus picked up 2 major honours with the team, the Campeonato Brasileiro Série A in 2016 and then the Copa do Brasil in 2015. As well as the team honours, Gabriel Jesus went on to win the prestigious Bola de Oura in 2016
In the summer of August 2016, Gabriel Jesus secured a huge move to the Premier League, where he joined Manchester City for around 27 million pounds. Gabriel Jesus spent 5 years at Manchester City, where he had a huge amount of success, scoring 95 goals in 236 appearances for the club. As well as personal success, Gabriel Jesus won numerous honours, such as 4 Premier League titles, 1 FA Cup, 3 EFL Cups and 2 Community shields with the club.
After his 5 year spell at Manchester City, Gabriel Jesus moved to another Premier League giant, Arsenal, in the summer of 2022. Jesus joined Arsenal for 45 million pounds.
